Q: Is the product really upside down in the photo?!

It is right way up.The base is greater area than top and has grooves set in it to lock the the bottom rungs. This allows 2 heights of extension

Q: Is this suitable for use over a bath?

No. The frame is made of wood and there are no feet to fit to the bath rim.

Q: Please can someone tell me the dimensions of this item when in the taller position. Thanks

Off the top of my head I think it’s around 6 feet (1.81 metres)
