I have a new graphics card with DP ports but only 1 HDMI and my monitor has a couple of HDMI ports that I wanted to use so this Display Port to HDMI cable comes handy. I was okay with the standard HDMI cable on Full HD @60K and 4K@30Hz. I also wanted to use a 2nd monitor but my second monitor does not have a DP port and has a couple of HDMI ports only. Using this cable, I can use either the first monitor or the second one using the DP ports on my graphics card.This cable itself is of a very good quality. It is thicker than any the average cables that I have ever used and still surprisingly flexible. I have tested this cable in all different modes and refresh rates at different resolutions and the cable works in all of the settings allowable by by 2nd monitor. The cable that I received is 1M long and I will definitely go for longer cables in future because it makes life much easier though I think 1M is also okay for most set ups. I am using cable management bands so I can change my PC's position and still will be comfortable. The connectors are also good and feel like good quality, not like the cheap HDMI or DP cables available in some supermarkets so be assured. But then again this cable is slightly more expensive than some of those supermarket cables so you would expect that however the other DP to DP cables that I have come with a latch that you have to press to detach them so there's a potential that this cable can come off at some time in future if I keep disconnecting it and connecting to different monitors.Overall a fair price, good quality, good length, good flexibility and better picture and better @Hz to take advantage of your monitor's capabilities. Highly Recommended!

Bought this as a replacement to a previous DP-HDMI cable I was using to connect a computer to my TV. The previous cable stopped working out of the blue, without ever being bended or moved around a lot. Hopefully this one will last longer.It was plugged and worked straight away providing a FHD signals to the TV. Apart from that, it is able to transfer audio apart from video. Be aware, this is a unidirectional cable which means it will transfer audio/video input from the DP port and the output will be on the HDMI side.

Simple item here. Does exactly want I want it to. Product feels and looks durable. Would buy this again.Tested and working. Looks just like image displayed.

First I thought it was my GPU. Tested different ports, different devices etc and no display randomly after a few months. First and only display cable to ever fail on me.

Excellent finish - well made with a quality feel, but not heavy and rigid.

The quality of the product is questionable, not only does it overheat but the picture quality quickly worsens. The wires comes in variety of lengths so it's easy to move around and is flexible but overall not a great product.
