Easy to use, tastes great.

This product has a really nice flavor, but I don't like the inclusion of corn starch in the ingredients. It makes the flavor weaker over all and gives it an odd texture.

I was very shocked to find that once I actually got the stuff mixed up it tasted just like nacho cheese.One thing to know is that you absolutely must use boiling water. Don’t even try to use warm or hot water. Mine was just a little thick and I thought I’ll just add a splash of hot tap water.. OMG how quickly it went from looking ready to go to me, having to stir my arm off to get it back where it was.Even after that fiasco, I gobbled this down with lightly salted tortilla chips. I love the convenience of having this on hand without popping open one of those jars or cans that leave a metallic taste in the cheese.

Good value, good product, but it does taste like powdered food reconstituted. Maybe it is supposed to taste that way? The texture is slightly "mac and cheese mix" as well, but again, maybe I was expecting a creamier cheesier texture when it was mixed. Nothing wrong if this is what you are expecting, but I went back to melting real cheese and mixing in corn starch to keep the melted cheesy consistency.

This stuff taste decent, but it's a very light flavor. I would have liked the cheddar flavor to be more pronounced. It's also very expensive for what you get. I need to experiment more and see what this would taste like with a different recipe.

I have tried all kind of different cheese powders. This one is the best I have ever had. Once it is mixed up. It doesn't leave a gritty feel or taste in your mouth. Excellent for pouring over anything you would with nacho cheese. Has a nice little kick of heat.

This is inedible. The taste is disgusting. I tried to make mac and cheese (twice, once with milk and butter; once with water and butter). Both times were awful.
