Brinox Large door stop with screw. 5x3.7x3.7 cm white

Wanted this door stop to use outdoors to stop external door from swinging against wall. The 5cm standoff was ideal fore that purpose and the large screw was fit for the purpose. Seems to be a hard nylon/rubber material that should be fine for external use. Door stops of this size are few and far between which is probably reflected in the asking prices. Ideal for my purpose.

Perfect little item that does exactly what we wanted!Looks great on the frame around our door to stop it smashing into the window. Perfect depth to keep the handle just far enough away from the window.

I did not use the door stop in the usual way (floor mounted) but rather sideways on the vertical face of a wooden cabinet. In this position the door stop prevents the door from hitting the sharp edge of the cabinet when it swings open, with resulting damage to the door. The door stop needs to be this size to work in this way. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is the length of the screw provided, which is far too long for most applications. I had to use a shorter one of the same thickness, which was not easy to find.

Basic but does the job and fits easily.

Perfect for the job. Stopped the door hitting my tv stand. Just to make one thing clear ithe pack contains a wall plug and fixing screw but NOT any dowels as the advert states. Would still highly recommend.
