Club DB Soccer Ball

We've owned at least a dozen soccer balls of varying brands over the last few years, but this was our first Select ball. It's head and shoulders above the others in this price range when it comes to feel and quality. My son uses it for practice but it often gets used as the game ball in his games because of the higher quality relative to so many of the other balls.As others have mentioned, the only negative is it doesn't hold air quite as well as some other brands. I top it off with a quick shot of air every week or two, which takes all of about 30 to 60 seconds of my time. Small price to pay for all the positive qualities of this ball.

UPDATE: Was able to find customer service email. They are honoring the one year manufacturer warranty and sending us a new ball. My kids will be psyched, it was their favorite.Really liked this ball for my sons. Used it for practice and game for 4-8 yr old age range. Very durable …… until it just wouldn’t stay inflated. Super frustrating to get what I thought was a great ball and only lasted 3 months.

Best ball I’ve ever used. I love to shoot around at the park and have used several balls of the major brands but this one is by far the best ball I’ve ever used. Will be buying more in the future

My son ended up getting 2 of these for Christmas. One is great, but the other doesn't hold air. Starts going flat within hours, and is unusable after a couple of practices.

After about 3 months the stitching of one patch started to break apart and now after owning it for 4 months the bladder inside the ball is visible….. my 9 year old only used it at soccer practice 2 to 3 times a week…… I would look elsewhere, there are other reviews with this same issue. I have reached out to Select Customer Service for a replacement. Hopefully they stand by there products.

This is a hight quality youth soccer ball for day to day use. It's soft & supple and great for little ones to practice an play with and develop the skills and confidence as they learn the game. We had an issue with the ball losing air after a couple of months and the company sent us a new one, no questions asked. Now that is customer service!

My 12 yr old son loves the Select balls

I bought a pair of DB V20 soccer balls for my 8 yo - one for immediate use and one for later. The first is great - there's a "softer" feel to it and aesthetically, the kids gravitate towards the ball. It's been used in 40+ hours of club-level practice/scrimmages (kicked on grass, turf, against a fence, etc.) and other than a couple pumps of air every couple of weeks, the ball is good as new. Now the downside ... we decided to pump up the second ball to start using for practice and it simply doesn't hold air. It deflates noticeably after a couple hours. We're out of our 30-day return/replace window so have to contact the manufacturer directly - remains to be seen what comes out of this. So FIVE stars for the first ball, ONE star for the second ball, averages out to 3. It might be a quality control issue so if you're buying multiple balls, I'd recommend inflating them all right away and seeing which ones hold air. Kicking myself for not doing so.

Can’t really go wrong with a Select ball in this price range. Performs really well on Turf and grass

The ball was small or at least seemed small in comparison to my other size 5 balls. Additionally, the soccer ball was abnormal in terms of its bounciness which I felt was due to the material of the ball.
