Great workout belt
This workout belt is great. I love how it doesn't use the sticky pads that other products use that leaves a sticky residue on my skin. Can definitely feel my abs being worked and is not painful.

Worked great for a month and then just stopped working

Been using for over a week. Use at night before bed. 15 minutes. Can already feel the difference - stomach firmer. Plan to continue to use daily. I recommend this unit.

Made for skinny people
They gave the extra attachment so I could get it around me. But all it seemed to do was irritate me in a couple of places. After trying it for a week I found it more irritating than effective.
