Trixie 62122 Natural Living Cage Bridge 63 × 18 × 15 cm

I actually use this as a barrier to have two different heights of substrate in my hamsters enclosure. It looks great in a naturalistic setup and is so easy to put together. I love that you can fully deconstruct it to store it if not using it and it’s a great price for the quality.

I have an 8 year old rabbit that we decided to bring into the house to live because he was not coping in the rabbitry anymore. We set up his cage and let him hop around for a while and then he hopped into his cage. Our problem was he was not ae to get out on his own so when I saw this I thought I would give it a go. It is so simple to slot together and when it is up it is nice and sturdy. We had to prop it up a bit to make the slope less steep for our geriatric bunny, but he loves it. We call is his old man ramp, but he loves that it gives him the freedom to pop in an out of his cage when he wants and is able to be free roaming. I love that the bark has been left on so that it is naturally non-slip which is important. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a safe way for their rabbit to get in and out of their cage.

This did not last very long at all, it was poorly made and fell down quite a lot! My rabbits could not use it most of the time as it kept falling over with them on, even when I propped it against something else.

It was easy to put together. I am a bit concerned that my cavies will not be able to go up and down the bridge because it looks too steep. I am going to put two very large runs together. The bridge is going to be put where the run has a small gate and I will have the gate open sometimes and put this bridge over the metal at the bottom of the gate so that the cavies can play with each other over the bridge into each other's runs. I have two girl cavies and the oldest one doesn't like the youngest one sometimes, so I have separated them in the middle of the run they already have with a small metal gating that I have used from another cage with a smaller run that I bought from Amazon previously.

Rabbit loves to have a little nibble on this and hides under it/climbs over it too. My only concern is the one or two screws in the middle of the wood. They shouldn't be an issue but want to keep an eye on him just in case. Also it is easy to build, just slotting the pieces together on a small hinge, but it also makes it feel a little flimsy. But my Rabbit enjoys it that's the important thing!

Not too sure about this to be honest. When taking it out of the packaging, it smelt of glue. Not too sure why it would have smelt of glue as it was 3 peices of wood that is fitted together via a hinge type connector that is on all 3 peices and just slot together. I thought the bridge would be great for the guinea pigs but its quite high and steep, so they'd have to jump onto the bridge and jump off it so not sure if they would use it. Normally when you put something new in their cage, within a couple of minutes they will venture over to check it out, but they didn't want to know this bridge...

Great product, and I think that I could do with a bigger size, even though it is a very good size

Ho un coniglietto appena arrivato e si è subito ambientato benissimo grazie a questa rampa che gli permette di entrare ed uscire agevolmente dalla sua gabbietta! È fatta di legno naturale con tanto di corteccia quindi facile da salire anche per un coniglietto piccolo come il mio e anche sicura 8in caso la rosicchiasse un po' ! Consigliatissimo!
