Marker bled out and smudged the product.
The pen bled all over the product during the first use. It also leaked out of the marker while being used. I was unable to get a replacement since this happened during my Mom's 60th Party. Very unsatisfied customer. I have returned the product.

Great idea for everyone to sign a lovely keepsake and memory

Disappointed.
The pen was all damaged and leaked all over the box and sign when I tried to wipe it the ink was dry and solid so it had been there longer then 1-2days as I paid for quick delivery so it was sent damaged :/ not got time for another so will have to go with out. Disappointed
