Helps you make better pizzas
Perfect for your Gozney larger pizza oven. Does three important things for you:1-serves as a windguard in very windy days . You can turn it almost 360 to block the wind direction.2-keeps food bits away from burner (gas or wood).3-it helps radiate heat. Being next to the flame it gets pretty hot and helps stabilize temperature inside the oven.Second best attachment for this oven , next to a door. With this and the attachment for the door I can cook perfect pizzas Everytime regardless of size, shape or thickness. I also have two peels besides the one that comes with the oven.

Actually kind of awesome
This makes your Gozney Dome even better. Not seeing the "side near the flame gets well done" nearly as much as I did without this. Really good!

A must have for the Gozney Dome!
Great product though expensive. Works as designed. Gives you more time to cook the bottom of the pizza without over-cooking the crust.

Highly Recommend
Made pizza’s with and without on gas side of oven. Just a more consistent crust when using fire shield. Really helps the novice pizza maker.
