In the beginning of the year, I decided to give this brand a go. I got a set of balayage tape-ins and loved them at first. But within a month, they got very tangled and matted up within 10 minutes of brushing it.After leaving a not-so-great review expressing my disappointment in the product, their team reached out to me immediately and offered to find a way to remedy the situation. They identified the batch the hair came from and assured a quality check. With all the different sources of hair, I could definitely understand a batch issue.So, I agreed to a pack of new extensions. They went the extra mile in sending photos from their facility, assuring the new color and length were good, and sent them off with extra tapes as well.Now I’ve had these for a few months and they are STUNNING. I’ve had no issues with tangling, they’re still shiny, and they were easy to re-install when it came time to move them up. They sit comfortably in my hair, they’re so easy to maintain, and they come pretty dense, but not to the point of being super heavy.I have since trimmed and dyed them a couple shades darker and they’ve still remained soft and the ends haven’t split any more than good, natural hair would.With my new experience, I would HIGHLY recommend them. The team members that reached out to me were so polite, so if there is any issue, please contact them and give them a second chance like I did. I will definitely be ordering my next set from them!

I like it, I just installed them the hair quality is good they’re soft and don’t have any bad smell. The only thing is that it’s only tiny mini small quantity that comes in one box, so if you have thick hair like me you would need AT LEAST 4 packs. Besides that I didn’t wash them yet it’s only been on day that I’m wearing it so will see how it goes when I’ll wash them because the other reviews kind of scare me .. it’s easy to install though, the volume isn’t great for thick hair girls, blends well, but hair are very thin

I am a hairdresser and this is my review and what I think people should know/do. The packs of hair are the fullest I have seen for the price, meaning at the bottom, the hair is not scraggly and thin, it is a nice full length strip with a blunt cut. But they are thin individually. Get more than you would usually get. Secondly, hair extension typically have some type of coating on them, that's why they are so silky...and thin. I wash mine upon arrival, KEEP YOUR TAPES DRY. I also gave my extension hair a treatment of Paul Mitchell PM shines clear and Olaplex. I have found over the years, putting a demi permanent color on my extensions keep them sealed, soft and shiny. It also, in my opinion, reduces the extensions from making my natural hair dry. You can also install your extensions and then after a couple of days, put a DEMI color, not permanent color, over your hair and the extensions. Try not to get it all over your tapes. Do not get conditioner all over your tapes. Do not get oils all over your tapes. It will dissolve the adhesive and your extensions will come out. Also, do yourself a favor and order extra tape or grab a pack from Sallys...you will need it if you lose an extension and need a quickie repair. I think these are decent extensions for the price, but like anything take care of the hair, or IT WILL MATT OVER TIME. You need to pony tail or braid them if they are really long when you sleep. Comb them from the bottom if they tangle, and lastly get yourself good shampoo and conditioner. I have not installed these yet, so my only concern now is the tapes, and that can be remedied with decent hair. Remember for retaping, you tape on top of the old tape, do not try to remove the first layer, they will fall apart. Most hair can be retaped and installed again up to 3-4 times if the hair is cared for. Good Luck! Cheers to great hair days!Update: I have had my extensions in for 2 solid weeks. They are great! Remember, install on really clean hair with no oily product on your hair. I shampoo every other day, but they are so well glued, I could probably shampoo daily with no issue. I braid them when I sleep to avoid frizz, and they are still shiny and soft. I did do pre treatments as stated above, but these extensions still look great with very minimal hair loss. I really like that they are not super straight. I can let them air dry and they have a little wave to them, but blowing them dry, they can be straight easily. I will suggest if your hair is naturally thin, get 2 packs of hair and some single sided extension tape! That way the hair goes further and you do not have so much thickness.

I had tape ins yearsssss ago for my wedding. Loved them then. But never had them again. Got these to fill in the front part of my hair bc of thinning and damage etc. OMG. LLOVE. I am no expert. I just knew what I knew from getting extensions. I used clarifying shampoo on my hair. Straightened it. And did 4 spots to fill in for volume. They stayed puttttttt. Didn’t fall out. Didn’t move. I had to forcibly evict them bc they grew out enough to be moved up. I am so impressed. Lasted like 8 weeks and still could have been left in longer if my hair hadn’t grown out. They didn’t even peel apart when I had them in which my professional ones did. I’d definitely buy these again and recommend to everyone. Since I only did a few spots in the front they were super easy to install and have it look seamless. I don’t know about the back of my head haha. But maybe I’ll get wild and try. But for what I need them for 10/10.

I was hesitant to buy these only because I haven’t had the best of luck with buying extensions on Amazon. When I got these in, I literally ordered another pack that day. I love them. The hair is soft and feels so healthy. They blended perfectly with my natural hair, which I did not think was going to happen, and I have had so many compliments on how good they look. They don’t tangle up in a rats nest like other brands and still feel hydrated even after washing them. Well worth the money spent.

I love the quality and price of these hair extensions. I did have an issue with the tape, but with their great customer service we were able to resolve it.

It felt nice for two weeks then the shedding and the tangling started .I have been using tape extensions for years and this was the worst !!

Extremely bad and cheap quality I regret buying this hair brand, excessive hair falls, don't get dry, not human or natural hair as they claimed, breaking hair simply a disaster- NOT RECOMMEND BY ALL MEANS

The hair is beautiful but the tape does not bond well with the hair . The wefts come apart too easily . They don’t stick togetherI changed my review as I've been dealing with customer service and they have assisted me greatly and offered a gift card credit .Thank you Full Shine

Okay, so first application they looked amazing. After the first wash they became super frizzy. (Even using sulfate free shampoo and hair masks).By about the third day post wash they began to look a bit better.After doing several strand tests (flame test and testing with flat irons/curlers) it seems that these have a mix of remy hair and high quality synthetic hair. You can style it but I would recommend low temps. I'm not sure if every pack is like this or not.Overall for the price they are fine, however I don't think they are actually 100% Remy hair.So if you want something that is okay for the price you should be fine. I don't think I will order these again or that they will last more than one more reset given the weird quality.
