My only suggestion is sizing up on the chain. I don’t have a big neck but the “standard adult” size is like a choker.They nailed the markings, tho I’d be concerned if they didn’t, given the reference pic I sent in.

I would say overall I am happy to have the item but there were things I would have liked to fix. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon as this is a custom item but never heard back whether that is an Amazon or seller issue I am unclear.The creator is very attentive to the details of the markings. My horse had an almost perfect diamond and the creator ensured that they capture even the littlest imperfections in the marking (might be a reason for the later size statement).I think the more photos you provide the better off you will be. Show the marking very clearly and then a full head shot if possible for sizing.The Rose Gold coating doesn't seem to be the best quality but it is still pretty. The horse loses its shine in the Rose Gold fairly quickly especially compared to the chain. The marking was in the wrong spot on the horses head and not to scale. 100%. You should always order the 18" length it is like a choker at the 18".

Sent in a very clear picture of the horse’s blaze and the product I received had a very obvious fault. Blaze twisted the wrong way, regardless of wearing the necklace front or back. Pretty bummed as the picture was very clear, no reason it shouldn’t match.
