Steve's PaleoGoods, PaleoChef Sriracha Sauce, 12 oz

My bottle had seepage inside the padded bag they sent it in so I think it got knocked around pretty good...there were no cracks anywhere but when I took the outside cap seal off, the cap was loose...so I put the bottle right into the fridge, hoping for the best. What little I got on my fingers smelled and tasted pretty good, which is why I'm giving this a 4 and not lower for bad packaging!

Delicious sauce; although do not buy it thinking it's exactly like the rooster-style sriracha. This has a good tang, although it's not what I would consider "hot" as a sauce. Instead, there is a smoky, ever so slightly sweet flavor. I bought it because there's no refined sugar (only honey) and as such follows the guidelines for "paleo" eating. It's really good on scrambled eggs, and I use it in recipes requiring sriracha sauce (which Nom Nom Paleo recipes often do). Very happy with the flavor.

I am a wimp when it comes to hot foods. But I had a recipe that called for Siracha sauce. I bought this and I'm glad I did. It adds tons of flavor, but is not overly hot.

I LOVE this Sriracha sauce. I don't usually buy the other kind...first, I don't like the ingredients in them and don't like "hot" taste. This sauce is just perfect! Great ingredients! Not HOT and a slight taste of sweetness from the honey! Perfect! Thank you Steve!

This sauce is fabulous! Second only to my own homemade paleo/raw fermented sriracha sauce I make that we call "liquid gold"! But when you don't the ingredients on hand to make your own, I recommend buying this one!

Started buying this when I started Whole30 program the first time. It gives a very good flavor and kick when added to cooking. Im happy with the purchase.

I love this sauce. I was hesitant to buy it since it’s a little pricey but definitely worth it. It’s not quite as spicy as original sriracha sauce but it’s a LOT more flavorful! Definitely worth the money!

I use it in the vegan sauce for vegan macaroni salad
