Poor - don’t touch!!!
The instructions are not in English and has no relation to the item in question. We cannot get the item to work or engage. Would like a refund but no response from seller

No reasonable instructions so could not fix.
The kit itself is fine, but it is only a partial kit, without many instructions and no interconnecting wires, plugs or fixings. Perfect if you are fitting an entry system in a new build but baffling for most diyers. You would also need a housing for the activation module which is not included and know how to wire the system safely for mains and the low voltage electric it uses. I know you can get generic instructions on YouTube but really this should come with a couple of sheets of step by step info.
