Cat loves it!
Excellent- very simple to set up and use and my cat loves it! I've tried other brands' fountains but changed as the noise disturbed my cat but this is basically silent. Literally cannot hear it until the filter needs to be changed- then there is a slight sound as it works. I appreciate that the instructions are also accurate. It says the filter will need to be changed approx 2-3 weeks and exactly 2 weeks in you can hear the sound go up.Filters replacements are also easier to use and much cheaper than some of the other brands. The wireless set up is also very safe for my cat - no exposed wires/wires inside the fountain as some models have-so peace of mind in that regard too.

Excellent, barely audible cat drinking fountain!
This is a great cat drinking fountain. I purchased the plug in one without the motion sensor. It’s barely audible and it has a spout option which trickles the water like a tap which my kittens absolutely love. I have 3 x 10 month old kittens who stopped wanting to drink from a water bowl and I was worried they weren’t getting enough water. They are all using it regularly, and the water is lasting about a week from full to minimum level. The filter replacements are quite expensive, which is the only downfall so far as I can tell, however with the soft water in Scotland I probably won’t need to change it as frequently as recommended (fortnightly). Great that you can see the water lever, and appears easy to clean. The oblong design means that 2 cats can drink simultaneously. Like the lid clips too, which stop my curious kitten from pulling out the drinking bowl from the water tank. It is a nice modern design which does not look cheap or tacky like other fountains I’ve seen. Would highly recommend!

Excellent indoor bird bath (yes, really), genuinely quiet, but doesn't hold water when off
I have finches and they enjoy bathing, which is important welfare and enrichment for them. However, they tend to get the bathwater impossibly dirty, meaning I often needed to change standing water several times a day. This cat drinker with a filter has proved a very good solution. It took them some time to get used to it - they didn't go near it for more than a week after I put it in the cage - but now they jump into it and splash around happily whenever they want.I am unusually noise sensitive, so I was nervous about having a fountain pump in my living room, but I have only had problems with the noise when the water has started dripping through due to my not being prompt about cleaning it (bird seed gets in above the filter and sprouts - I'd assume most people wouldn't have that problem if it was being used by a cat). If I put my head close to the cage I can just hear the pump, so it isn't literally silent, but I can't hear it at all a metre away.I have the wired version which runs continuously when it has power, and I run it on an external timer so it turns off at night (this type of bird isn't active in the dark so it would simply be a waste of power to have it going continuously). It is easy to take off the dock, take apart, clean, put back together, and put back on the dock, with minimal fuss and little disturbance to the (rather nervy) birdies. The dock is a very worthwhile feature in this context as it is much easier than fiddling about with cables through the bars of a cage. The USB plug fitted through the bars easily when I first set it up and everything except the water bowl just stays put. With only two small birds using it, it doesn't tend to need cleaning or refilling more than every week or slightly more (has more to do with how fast the bird seed grows, than with how fast the water gets dirty!).The only possible frustration is that it really does not hold an emergency supply of water in the top tray when the power switches off: it drains down completely within a few minutes. This is probably an advantage rather than a disadvantage with regard to my use of it, because it means the top is not wet all the time and therefore is less likely to have algae problems (I always offer a separate supply of drinking water anyway) but it isn't as advertised. I have no idea if this is a common fault as I have only ever had the one.All in all, an excellent product so long as it holding water when off is not an essential feature for you. And a very good solution for letting small birds have a bath whenever they want without needing to worry about hygiene problems!

Leaked all over carpet
I generally love Petlibro. I have a fountain downstairs and it's been great for 2 years.I decided to upgrade the one upstairs. BIG MISTAKEFIRST POSITIVES This fountain looks great. It is so quiet I was shocked. It's practically silent.NOW NEGATIVES The pump is too strong for the depth of the actual water tray. The water doesn't drain quick enough so it ends up over flowing. If you are not home you end up with 2 litres of water on your flooring. I have carpet. The fountain was on a waterproof mat with raised edges yet still my floor was soaked.I will update when and if I here from the seller.

Like the Carlsburg ad - Probably the BEST water fountain in the World...
Stop looking! If you, like me, have been through the ringer trying to find a good water fountain! Well stop looking! This is probably the best I've ever seen! Just such a simple, but eloquent design! So so simple to clean! Holds enough water in the event of power fail! But, because this is such a low current/wattage device, I actually powered off a power bank, if would have lasted days on that! So much so, you could nearly install the device away from a power point and use a power bank.Just a few tips! When filling, don't be temped like me and fill from the holding tray! Best to remove the basin from the stand and remove the top and then fill.If I have one negative comment! And I mean a really small one! The water limits icons are a little difficult to read! But, I love this water fountain.

Best water fountain!
We’ve tried another well known brand before and didn’t get along with it found it fiddly and annoying, this however was so easy to put together and the buns love it!

It's silent!
I love this fountain! All my three cats enjoy drinking from it. It's quite expensive but the quality of finish it's beautiful. The most important thing it is truly silent. I tried other brands with flower designs and find them so annoying keep hearing the water dripping. Very easy to clean.
