I had a similar product to this one for months and I loved it.I am a 5’2” female, athletic build and I normally wear small in almost all things. My previous vest was a small, I had 2 actually, both small so I assumed I can also order this one in small because sometimes they stretch. Well I assumed wrong. This vest runs small so if you are a small, order a medium, if you are a medium, order a large. It’s not true to size. This is my experience. I am gonna return it and order a bigger size. I will revise my review if anything changes.

I ordered this in place of the original one I ordered 2 years ago because the other one was not available. Ordered the same size XL. This looks exactly the same but it’s not. The material is definitely a lot thicker and not as stretchy. I couldn’t even get it closed to zip over my bust . I went ahead and ordered another one and sized up. I’ll keep this one because I remember losing so much weight before and I needed a smaller size. But FYI this runs small in the breast area to zip. Size up. I’m a 36DD.

It's tight and I took advice from a previous buyer to order a size up. Hopefully it'll loosen up over time. I can get in it, just tight in the boob area and I wear a 42 DD. Brought a 3x

This vest does what it’s suppose to do! I’ll give it 9/10. Go up a size.

Once you start losing some weight there isn't any more verlcro to attach to so you get the sweat out but cannot tighten further.For sweat great!Longevity due to limited Velcro, not so great.Get something much smaller maybe and then you'll be able to keep tighten it as you go. That's all I can think of at the moment. Hope it was helpful.

Ordered an XL, I'm a women's size 14 40DD chest.This fit exactly how I wanted it to. It is tight and seems to run small but I feel like that makes the reason behind this vest even more effective. The material is thick enough to create heat, leading to increased sweat, but not bulky like a sauna suit. So you can wear this under tanks, sweatshirts and shirts! I began sweating while taking these photos! Had to take it off and hop in the shower lol If you'd like this to fit most comfortably, I would use the size chart to find the suggested size to order, then go up one size from there!The upper vest hugs my chest extremely tight but I feel secure! Actually, in the photos I'm not wearing a bra and don't plan to when I run in this. From the run and motion test I did around my house while wearing this, the bounce in my chest is decreased and I'm held securely whether it's completely zipped or not.The lower vest has enough coverage to cover my entire midsection. As you lose inches, you'll be able to adjust the waist wrap because of the Velcro. The velcro is strong!!UPDATE: I purchased another vest in the size 4XL. It fits my chest much better. Although I do like the extra security of the size XL I first purchased because it hold everything in tight. I'm more comfortable in the 4XL. I still don't have to wear a bra in the 4XL but there is more bouncy in my chest when I run than with the XL.

It was a struggle to put on. Often times I’m a size 3X, but I read on the reviews to get a size up but even so it’ll fit quite snug, and I felt like in the past months/years I’ve been gaining weight so I went and ordered myself a 5X. I’m wearing it right now and it’s soooo tight that it kind of hurts. But I’m not sure if this hurt means it’s working or if it means I should get an even larger size. I have little boobs but my body might just be that big to where while wearing it, my breasts feel really compressed and not in such a good way. My lower belly hangs out so I don’t think this is going to work out for my belly problems. I have been wearing it for a good 30 minutes and I am feeling a slight headache with acute nausea.Update: just took it off and I feel lighter than when I was all compressed. So yeah I need a bigger size because I don’t think this is healthy. It’s just too small. Can’t really move in it for working out.At least the product doesn’t smell bad and is not of itchy material. In fact the fabric is thick and sturdy. So that’s good. And the Velcro part is pretty good too. I’d recommend this product if it was a better fit.
