Great value
These have been really good for all the gardening work that I have been undertaking. They are strong particularly the rubber part is nonslip and effective and I found them comfortable. The only thing I would say if you wanted to cut unique bits of leaves on bushes or plants these would not be for you because the fingers are quite thick but overall for my needs of building work and the garden I was doing such as leaf collecting and cutting branches it was great.

Wall building
Well made and good fit. Only 4 stars as no size options. I have fairly large hands and have used these with thin neoprene gloves underneath with no problem. If your hands are like shovels then probably not for you.Have been laying foundations and building brick walls in the garden and these gloves have lasted very well. They give good grip with a reasonable amount of "feel" and have kept my hands warm in some very cold weather. Little or no wear on rubberised palms and a very small hole in the fabric on the back following some very hard use.As another reviewer has pointed out ( and got very upset about ) they have grey palms and not black as per illustration, but hey ho!- they are budget priced working gloves so who cares. Would recommend.

A really great all rounder, with perfect grip and protection.
Heavy duty comfortable, puncture resistant great thermal glove with perfect grip.I really like the elasticated wrist which holds the glove comfortably around your wrist, I have been picking up broken kitchen tiles and glass, as we are re-tiling, and the puncture proof latex-dipped palm is effortlessly protecting my hands, I believe they will withstand any challenge in a domestic setting or a commercial environment, perfect all rounder and very realistically priced, just perfect.

Comfortable and cheap but short lived
If you're doing any work that involves scrabbling about in the dirt with your fingers, these are probably not your best choice. An afternoon of planting in the garden is all it took to wear out the fingertips. A pity, because they're comfortable, with good tactile response. For other kinds of work where you just need light protection from scratches and muck (but not liquids), these gloves are fine - and cheap to replace when they do wear out.

Flexible AND warm
I needed some new winter gloves, and found quite a bit range available. Some were 'sports' type ones, obviously intended for ski-ing while others were fluffy/warm. I didn't want something big and bulky like the ski gloves, and I needed something durable. These fit the bill really well. They're warm, but the material is thin enough that they don't make manual work clunky. I'm not a builder, but these were perfect for a bit of gardening. Very affordable too.One word of warning - they're huge. They really are man size gloves, and don't fit a smaller hand. You'll end up with slack at the end of the fingers if you've got smaller hands. They are "builder's gloves" after all.

You would be daft not to buy
First of all I am ordering more. These are great and a total hand saver if doing manual work. Great quality and have lasted through tough conditions including moving, snapping and sawing wood, moving rubble and concrete and more. They are warm as well which was a total unsuspecting bonus. They are not so stiff that you can’t use them and are very comfortable to wear. For the price and they are amazing and I can’t believe I have gotten so excited about a pair of gloves but I can’t recommend enough.
