My disabled child is only 7 but very very tall and wriggles around all day! Instead of doing them up top- bottom top-bottom I find this is not secure with many leaks. I do bottom -bottom top-top pulling at the top means it's completely gap free. Never leaks, holds an adult amount of liquid and absorbs really well. I would recommend changing every hour and half so the patient does not become sore! I only use this product 5star from me. However they are more expensive than the other brands but from word of mouth I believe these are the preferred choice from parents.

the Absorbency's is good allows my to go out with worries it leaking.

My father uses these as he is severely disabled and bed bound. These hold in everything and are very absorbent. He finds them comfortable and his carers find them easy to use.
