Great Unit but Very Light Resistance
This bar is well-made, works great and can be broken down when not in use. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because it's really light resistance. If that's what you're looking for, this is a good buy. If you're looking for something with more rigorous resistance, this will probably be too light for you.

Another tool
I’m always open to checking out stuff, especially when it comes to working out. Not all gadgets appeal to me and of some I am just curious. Such is the case with this bar.It takes some practice and focus to keep it rocking. It will work your arms and shoulders most and is mostly isometric in terms of your core. I incorporate it into my circuit of exercises as just another tool and give each iteration about a minute and move on to something else. Your heart rate will increase but it is not cardio unless you can sustain it for extended periods of time. That’s not my intention. I do like that is two piece and I can take it with me in a duffel. It’s not weighted but the fiberglass rods are ridged and that is what creates the resistance. Overall it is different in what it requires and for that reason I like that it brings variation.

Wanted to like but broke in first hour. Tip snapped off.
Beware. Tip snaps off broken. Do NOT use when people are nearby. Someone could have gotten hurt.

Surprisingly works good
This works! Good for warming up. It’s like sprinting with your upper body. Could be used for extended sessions for fat loss, but I haven’t tried that yet. Not as young as I used to be, I’m 54. I use this before and after workouts. This is something I thought of when I was a teenager in the 80’s. I used a pool pole but it broke. This is very flexible and probably harder to break than my 30 foot aluminum pool pole.

I'am 67 years old and I use it for muscle tone. It works great!
Love that it is compact and easy to use, but it did take me a week to work up to getting a rhythm going. Worth it! I bought one for my daughter. Its great for stress relief too!

Hard to use - middle keeps unscrewing.
Ends not heavy enough to keep the Rhythm going..and the middle keeps unscrewing.

Great addition to a work out.
Take it when walking or running for additional upper body workout. Indoors or out it’s a great arm and upper body workout.
