I would highly recommend this for anyone who’s into the gym! I usually always seem to bruise my hip bones when using other pads as they just don’t seem to be thick enough - so far this has been great and so much more padded than others I’ve used previously, while not being too bulky to carry around!

Excellent value

It is value for money and is comfortable on the shoulders. It’s heavily padded and easy to add onto the bar. Quality isn’t top end but it’s not going to be for this price.

As a lowkey gym rat, the perfect bar pad is something that can influence the whole workout and after trying multiple brands and styles, this would definitely be in my top 3. The padding is thick enough to feel comfortable when thrusting or glute bridging however I have knocked off a star as it has a tendency to slip off the bar when you don't use the straps , which can be annoying to set up and remember to pack . If organisation isnt a problem for you then you should be fine haha
