Good enough info, but incredibly outdated in many regards! This ought to be used more-so for historic info such as a women's history book and the history of feminism as it is a bit lacking in more pressing topics such as transgender people, the sexual spectrum, etc.

I got this for one of my Theology classes. I was reserved at how the book and class were going to be. However, it has been one of my favorite classes. The book was also well written and wasn't as dry as I was anticipating. It is a great resource to discuss gender differences

Very outdated textbook required for my Psych of Gender class. It's well-written enough, but there has been so much more research that has been done into the field since this edition was published. I hope there will be an updated version released soon for future students.

Book is exactly what class required & saved my broke college kid some money

I got this book for my brother so he wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg at the Uni Book store. Book came quickly and as described.

This was a required textbook for my sociology of gender class. I would not read this for pleasure, but you learn a lot.
