Everything was in the box. Only complaint I have is it wasn't in any plastic or anything. And there was little particles falling out of the box

The media could not be loaded. this is a big win. i was really skeptical to buy, considering that it didn’t have any reviews, and it was relatively cheap. But I was pleasantly surprised, will definitely be buying again and again.

it’s literally not even real hamster sprays and the flowers aren’t real either they provide no enrichment except the bridges and pine cones and other toys were fine
