Cute battery operated lights. Puts off a low light and has different t functions for twinkling. I’d suggest rechargeable batteries if you plan to run them every evening.

They are such a great length they run on 3 batteries, comes with 4 strings of light, not only can I wrap around the banister but I can add lights to my table and add some around the room. Great price and these can be use all year. They made a great wall lining for xmas curtain. Durability,and just look great

I bought these blue Fairy Lights for a Halloween project I was working on. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy the white ones or these blue ones , but i chose the blue ones , because I figured they would look better for my homemade porch ghost. I was quite surprised that I only had to use one of the strands of lights for my project, , because these are pretty Bright and quiet long ! I did have an issue with them tangling as i was trying to wrap them around my tomato cage, but it wasn't too hard to untangle. Now I'm not sure how long the battery life will last, but I'm sure I'll find out soon. Overall Im pretty pleased with these lights .. they really make my ghost look great and I think I got a great deal on them (I bought them while on sale)! I will definitely buy more of them for other projects.

These lights have a very short battery life (a week or so if coming on every day and they start to fade, two and a half weeks and they need to be replaced) but a lot of string lights like this are the same. These particular ones have a very nice warm white color and are nice and long (probably contributing to the short life). Plus you get two in the pack I got, so good value! Still, I will probably be making the switch to plug in fairy lights soon, as they won’t need a copious amount of batteries.

They tangle like thread. The wire is so fine that it coils up on itself and makes it damn near impossible to stretch out. It gets knotted up and it’s really hard to undo that. Next time I buy lights, they won’t be on wire. As far as how they look, I can’t say as I’m just trying to untangle them. Each “spool” requires 4 AA batteries so you’ll need 16 of them. I’m sure they are pretty at night, at least they better be after all the frustration of putting them up!

Got these for various projects at Christmastime, including upgrading an old 2 foot tree that had incandescent lights which no longer work anyway. I was delighted by the strobe feature. This is like the twinkle feature you've seen in Rockefeller center and in front of Fox on those huge professional trees where a random light pops with a burst of light. Then another. Then another. I guess it's called strobe but it's not like strobe light in a disco. My personal favorite is Asyn Fade. I got a white decoration set and it helps the lights to glow even better. White tinsel plus these lights is something to see. Time to repurchase. Anything that can be powered by USB, and has this many functions is perfect.Months later I was looking for a USB string light in my collection that does warm white. This one doesn't, although the pictures seem to hint that it does. Well it's not worth losing a star over, but just so you know, there's no warm white. Double tapping W didn't work. And yellow is a greenish yellow, not a 2700k mimic for incandescent.

So it's now March and I believe I bought these in November. The good news is that they still light up, but thr bad news is that they only stay lit for about 2 hours after a full day in the sun to charge. For the price I'm not upset but I wish they stayed lit all night.
