Does not taste great! Definitely helps boost immune system during cold season though and reduces symptoms quickly! That being said, the taste is not for everyone. It works so well that I continue to use it no matter how bad it tastes. Awesome product! I highly recommend having this on hand!

This oregano oil is high quality. My husband uses this when he wants to protect his immune system. It is very strong, so I don't like to use it myself but it has many health benefits. It comes in a dropper so you can add it to a drink. However, because it is an oil it won't mix. My husband just puts it in his mouth.

They finally fixed the issues with the lid so leaking is a thing of the past and I can enjoy this product without having a bag smell like Oregano after it spilled. Back to buying this as it's high quality and my only issue was the poorly sealed pourer.

Great product

First thing I learned about this is a product you do NOT want to wear around other people or in public. The smell is horrific! Since it is in an oil base it does not fade away! You will definitely get the attention of those around you if you have rubbed it on you skin to treat eczema or other surface skin or scalp issues or anywhere on your clothes, hairs, mouth or skin. Keeping the cap tightly on the bottle contains most of the smell, but I always use a baggie and am very careful NEVER to spill a drop on anything!This product seems to hide the fact it is a weaker product but actually, that's why I chose it,...a weaker strength is easier to deal with. And I didn't want to always be mixing up my own blend with a higher power oregano.Yes as others have indicated it is HOT when put under the tongue as directions indicate. But not overly hot and it does subside. But to deal with the heat I avoid drinking water or milk as that ruins the purpose of putting it under the tongue to begin with...namely it is more readily absorbed under the tongue and washing it away lessens the results. Instead, after a few minutes of enduring the heat, I swish it around like a mouth wash, spit out the excess saliva, then eat a couple spoons of Bush's canned baked beans (or any brand probably) to dampen the heat and get rid of the discomfort & oreganol smell. This works very well and calms the mouth back to normal while getting maximum absorption.I found it interesting the directions say place under the tongue,...which implies the benefits are not from swallowing the product like a liquid pill, but placing it under the tongue (sublingual) for maximum absorption. This is same method for orally taking Vitamin B12 to get maximum absorption, e.g. sublingual under the tongue where blood vessels are close to the surface & much much better than swallowing it like a pill. The longer it's under the tongue whether undiluted or diluted in water/juice, etc gets the maximum benefit from what I can tell. Some reviews tell of taking the oregano liquid into capsules and swallowing, so I cannot speak to that since I am using the sublingual absorption method.I also noticed there seems to be a lot of hype and confusion around this product,...different results, different types of ingredients, where the ingredients come from, type or lack of regulation on quality /potency, pricing, etc.. When I see this type of situation, these are RED FLAGs to me and so I am a little skeptical about situations like this and whether they actually produce hype or results for the majority of users or just make somebody rich!. I am waiting to see real results and will repost results later...*******UPDATE******I;ve had a skin condition on my arms /elbows the docs could not treat or diagnose for 2 years (not psoriasis but similar) . After only two surface treatments (not diluted) the dry scaling and itching bumps are greatly reduced and almost gone! Have wrestled with this for several years using various prescription anti-histamines and over the counter remedies as if it were an allergy. Nothing really worked. Pleasantly surprised this product had a positive effect. For about $20 It is worth a chance it might help you, too. Have bumped my rating from 3 star to 4 stars.
