The case is amazing and their customer service even better!
I bought this case in October of last year and it recently started malfunctioning/charging my phone my intermittently and having issues. I contacted the seller and even though we were slightly out of warranty was able to get an Exception for a replacement. Can't thank them enough awesome customer service 10/10 Highly recommend!

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. I don’t do reviews much but I was very upset with this purchase. I bought this case because I was going on my dream vacation and didn’t want my phone to die and the case has a simple step to press the power button once which I did it turns on for a second and turns right back off so it never worked and I always had the case fully charged. I would give it 0 stars but have to select one.

Great Customer Service
The case stopped charging just a little over the 30-day return period, but they replaced the unit anyway. Fast follow up and courteous service. Great product support.

DO NOT BUY THIS AWFUL BATTERY CASE
This is probably the worst experience I can say I've ever had with a charging case and it's odd because for me it was sponsored by Amazon. Regardless, the case doesn't work despite being fully charged, and the instructions consist of a single pamphlet which in and of itself is barely intelligible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT
