Two of my cats love this toy. The moment I turn it on, they start playing with it. I like that it doesn't use batteries and instead all I need to do is recharge it using a USB cable. It's made of good quality material; I've had it for about two months and it still looks like new.A few observations:- The toy doesn't stay vertical as in the photo. When the tail starts spinning, it falls.- If you have tile or wooden floors, it'll be noisy.- Appreciate the seller's offer to send me more tails, but I think that the two rubber ones and the furry one will last for a long time.

My cats really enjoy this toy for a bit, but then they wander off, bored of it. Even fully charged, the battery is weak, which makes the silicone “tail” slow. The heavier “fur” tail doesn’t move at all when placed on the toy. However, the movement issue with the second tail doesn’t matter much since my cats freaking LOVE that thing. They take it with them to different rooms around the house and pounce on it even though it just sits there. Lol. They don’t have the same interest in the silicone tail though, which kinda stinks since the battery only stays charged for fewer than three ten-minute play sessions.I am concerned that the instructions state the silicone tail is “food grade”, and that if your cat eats pieces of it that makes it okay for them. Um, that isn’t how “food grade” silicone works. Pieces of the silicone tail still should NOT be ingested by your little fur friend! Make sure they are always monitored when playing with this if they are chewers. One of my murder machines chewed the tail tip off straight away.This toy is a little pricy for what it is, so I won’t be buying it again when it inevitably breaks. It was worth trying though. If it had a better battery or was on sale for $15 or something, I would buy it again.

My cat likes the fuzzy over silicone. I think it needs sleep/awake for away( or just lazy).

My cats weren’t crazy about this toy until I put it under a sheet and then they loved it! But it only stays on for 10 minutes so it’s not great for when I’m at work. If they could modify this toy, so it has a sleeper button that reactivates when the cat is ready to play, it would be great! The silicone didn’t get tangled in their hair like other reviews, but my cat bit off the end of it and would’ve swallowed it if I hadn’t been supervising, so definitely a safety hazard for cats who like to chew. Also, for the fact that it goes off after 10 minutes of play, it really doesn’t hold a charge for that long. If you put the first tail on it doesn’t move as quickly, so the first tail did not hold my cats interest. If the company could fix these issues they would have a winner.

Cats love this toy, but the "tails" break after rough play. I find pieces all over the floor after a month or so. Glad you can now just order the tails. Stays charged for a long period of time....

HUGE UPDATE! After reaching out to the seller they offered me a refund or replace. I got the replacement and my cats are in love with it. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Petcronies! I wish ALL these sellers on amazon were as nice and really cared about the products they sold like Petcronies.

I had to cut the end off the black attachments because the speed it spins at wraps up in my long hair cats’ fur. They love the toy! But I ended up cutting about 1.5 inches off of the black pieces so it can’t spiral so fast.

Really delights the cat who gets very excited when this toy is given to him..
