Love, love, love this pot. Great price and works just like cast iron enamel is supposed to work -- holds the heat, seals in flavor with a perfectly tight fitting lid and cleans super easily. Add to that, it's a beautiful piece of cookware. The color is billed as olive green, which brings to mind hideous appliances from the 60's, but it really should be labeled forest green, or even British Racing Green -- maybe a little over the top for a cooking pot, but the color is really beautiful. The color in the picture is dead on, so don't worry what they call it. It is for sure, not olive green. Could not be happier.

I love this pot! I bought it primarily to bake artisan bread in....which it does beautifully. However, I now find I am using it for all types of veggies and meat. Perfect size for two people
