Recommended Buy/Top Quality
Bought this product after reading Rujuta Diwekar's book on Indian Superfoods. In one of her other books, she suggests to drink them in a glass of warm milk. I started doing that once a day in morning/evening and felt its positive effects in a day or two. Had less fatigue and therefore, felt energised to go about the day. Also, satisfies hunger for a longer time than other foods.Seeds Quality & General Comments:I bought 400 gms of this packet and received quite a lot of quantity. Since less than 1/4th spoon is to be used, I guess it is going to last longer time than anticipated. Once put in warm/hot milk, I let it sit for a minute and then continue to mix with the spoon. The seeds become gelatinous post soaking and are fun to eat. The packet was air sealed and has a zip lock, so it can be kept as is, without transferring the contents to a jar.

Not clean has lot of small stones..Too much effort to clean out small stones and mud.Buying from a small kirana store would have been better
