Q: Im usually a size 4 which size shoukd i go for?

I’m a size 5 normally. I bought size 38 which is a close fit.

Q: Is the arch support in this sandal the same as in the black and grey ones? I can't tell from the photographs.

The Bodytec Wellbeing Orthotic ones are much more supportive. I got both to check and sent the Pro11 back.
