Schwalbe Nobby Nic 26" x 2.25 Mountain Bike Performance Tyres - Pair

Delivery great, packaged ok. Firstly, the good. plenty of grip, nice tread, very good price tag and super easy to fit tubless.The bad : a very, almost wafer thin side wall. I've mounted these on a short journey errand bike, mostly road. I've no doubt they wouldn't survive any semi rough terrain with any kind of mid sized loose stuff. Finally, one tyre is badly misshaped, with side to side been that pronounced that it rubs on my fork! Not a buckled wheel, 100% tyre, which seated very nicely and consistent all way round, both sides too and direction is correct. I can't live with the buzz on every rotation so I'm going to sell them for £20. Summary: Great if you want a A-B setup on very light cycle paths, as these are not good on road/pavement. This is possibly down to my incorrect choice for usage and may be super for what you need them for.

Excellent value for money.

SCHWALBE are excellent tyres however there are clearly two distinctly different types of the NOBBY NIC Performance ADDIX the ones that were sent are the wired version Art-No 11159128 these require the use of an inner tube. I though I was getting the NOBBY NIC ADDIX TLR version are folding kelvar that have a different Art-No 11654127 they are both 26” x 2.25 exactly the same size ETRTO 57-559 however totally different models. There is no way you should ever get the two mixed up. Seller has authorized the free return and will hopefully update their listing.

Packaged nit so great but the tyres are great I run these tubeless with zero problems and the shwalbe brand never disappoints with there build quality and durability these are always ready to send it!!!

as you would expect from this company a quality tyre, nice fit on the rim, some people have said they are hard to get on the rim, but to be honest they seem a little too big, but they sit on the rim fine, and it is possible to remove them with your hands only,Beware of you plan on using these for tubless use, when I inflated both tires,I found each tyre had a small hole in, obviously the sealing fluid plugged the hole, but I didn't expect them to have holes.
