Angel Hair Wavy Lasagna Attachment, The Italian Market Original Since 1906 Pasta Maker, Single

Great attachment and works easy and easy to clean. Makes great pasta but of course that is what it is supposed to do.

The pasta roller itself is not that bad of a product, but this attachment is terrible. The raviolis are much too small to contain any filling whatsoever. The ravioli comes out in roughly 1 inch squares. The roller you see in the picture has the ravioli pockets, but the other roller you can't see inside of this attachment is smooth. That means your ravioli will be flat on one side and have a very shallow pocket on the other side. If you want to have sausage filling, you will need to stick it in a food processor until it has almost a paste like consistency.Even if you don't mind the mini ravioli produced, you will still run into problems breaking the ravioli apart. The rollers are too far apart even for thicker sheets of noodles. That means the seams are not adequately perforated for you to break apart. It also means that the sheets of noodles are not pressed firmly together and they easily come apart.I have no plans to ever use this attachment again. I'd rather eat canned ravioli as disgusting as that may be than to waste my time, money, and food dealing with this attachement ever again.

Works as promised. It's fun and delicious to make your own ravioli.

I have enjoyed my pasta making machine very much. Have made several different types and all taste very good. FUN

We immediately returned it without trying it. There was a loose part that was jingling around inside and it had a catch in it when you turned the crank.

As the reviewer below said filling does come out the top while you are rolling. I found this is OK though as that filling becomes incorporated into the next ravioli. So I just try to add enough for the whole sheet and then roll the lot. Once I started that I had better results. The ravioli produced are only lightly filled, this worked perfectly for my pesto cheesy filled ravioli, which was an instant hit with the in-laws :). These are not the huge ravioli you would get at olive garden! As for the cleaning it is a pain, but think a damp rag would do the trick. All in all its a pretty good product for its price. I can't compare to a ravioli press as never had one.

It is great when it works! We did have to buy a replacement after a couple of years because the rollers started to stick, causing the noodles to stick together and sometimes crumble, instead of staying in single long piece as would have been expected. But when it works, it's great! Just wish it would have a longer lifespan.

I just got my angel hair and wavy lasagna attachment. Don't waste your money. I do not know why all the reviews are for making ravioli when the ad is for the lasagna attachment, but the lasagna attachment does not work at all. :(CURLEY lasagna cutter ONLY turns one of the two rollers, and so NO pasta dough passes through. I was going to send it back... but then I realized: even if the cutter was working fine, it would only cut edges that look like they have been torn from a perferated cardboard, NOT CURLEY like proper lasagna noodles.They are NOT anything like the wavy lasagna you can buy at the store. They are not even wavy like a snake. They are not wavy, period. They are not designed to cut wavy edges.I'm keeping the attachment to use for making angel hair pasta, but I wouldn't order it again.

I bought this with the hopes of using it on my generic pasta maker and it fits!! I tried to make ravioli and made a complete mess...had to take the machine apart to clean. I think it was my error not the ravioli maker. The filling has to be really fine...not chunky like mine was and you need to flour the dough sheets very well.

The ravioli attachment was completely frustrating. It barely fills the “pockets” and gets stuck occasionally, tearing the pasta and pockets apart, rendering a complete section of ravioli useless. I’d rather make ravioli by hand again and will be returning this product. The actual rolling machine is great, but not the attachment for ravioli.

Excellent good product for the price.
