A very simple but excellent bit of kit!
I badly staved my wrist 3 weeks ago. Alternating between a wrist splint and this piece of equipment, I felt it was noticeably improved by the 2-week stage.I will continue to use this to build my forearms and wrist strength on both arms as I believe they are now better than before the injury.

Suitable for longer fingers
Easy to use but the ends come off from my fingers quite quickly and it is hard for me to exercise. Possible for someone with longer fingers would work better. Seems to be a durable material.

cheap..
I love the premise and idea behind these but in terms of materials and how easy it is to use.. it's not.The higher strength tension device snapped on 2 of the tension levels on the first try, they're uncomfortable on the fingers as well as on the wrist due to the straps that dig into the skin when using them.I've since gone to a proper grip trainer for helping with my forearms.

Hand strength
They work as they say they do

Not so great
Got these to work on finger strength after accident. Didn't find them great. The hand fit depends on the size of your actual hands and found that they slipped when used. Might work for others but if I had thought of it, I'd have returned them but over the festive season etc.

Ideal for improving finger strength for climbing

Did absolutely nothing
Where to even begin? The build quality is lacking, they are not comfortable at all and they look cheaply made. I haven't noticed any improvement in grip strength and I've used it daily on both hands for a few months now. So some push ups, it's cheaper.
