This went up with very little fuss, and it was easy to level up. I bought some carbon filters to fit as these are not included. The fans and lights worked well, and its all doing fine. Its not going to win any design awards, but neither is it a fussy item. Good, simple, useful. But get a filter.

Ordered to replace similar product that died. Ordered Tuesday night, paid £1.98 for express delivery, arrived Thursday morning. Was a simple case of removing the old and fitting this. The only work I had to do was cut holes in the wall unit above it to gain access to the socket as this is a sealed plug. Product itself isn't the most amazing quality (thinner metal than previous one) or a thing of beauty but not sure any of these visor hoods do. It works, isn't as loud as my last one on full, there doesn't seem a great difference between the 3 speeds. It's light at the back works fine, the mesh filter is a very nice touch and I presume you could use carbon "paper" as well or instead of if you damaged it. Only time will tell if it lasts anywhere near the 14 years my last one did. Great price on this, not sure what the difference in quality (fan etc) between this and other more expensive ones are but I think brand name or lack of is likely part of it. Fits the 120mm rear extraction kit already fitted, is the correct height so I didn't need to replace tiling, just really happy with it on initial ownership. Oh and the finish looks better in real life imo.

This product is such good value for money. No frills cooker hood with three extract speeds and a light. Replaced broken hood no problem a straight forward installation. Top, Rear or recycle options. Saving of over £100 on branded hoods. Give it a go nothing to lose at this price. Prompt delivery as well.

Works well but noisy

Excellent value for money and plenty of power to replace my old model which had sen better days. Option of top or rear opening was essential when choosing this product. Was very easy to fit and certainly looks the part. Would highly recommend

I was wary of such a cheap price,but was pleasantly surprised with the quality,the unit came complete with plug and didn't take long to fit,it is now in service and doing a fine job of keeping the kitchen clear,I would recommend this item to anyone and the delivery time was excellent and arrived several days early and in good condition.

Nice looking and does a good job. My husband said it was easy to fit.
