My kitchen floor had just been mopped the day before I received this mop. I tried the steam mop and what a shock! My floor was filthy! The pad came away very dirty. It was quite upsetting to see the dirty pad, as I thought my floors were clean prior to using the steam.I had been skeptical of the effectiveness of the mop. Now, I am a firm believer in the steam mop. The only drawback was that machine washing did not remove all the dirt on my pad. I had to soak the pad and scrub it by hand before it was clean.

I like how light weight the mop is, how easy it is to put together, easy to fill, easy to replace the mop heads as well as change them out! I liked the way it cleaned my floors! It removed so much more than mopping alone could! It gets hot immediately & steams all the build up you just can't seem to get! I love it! ❤️

I bought this item to clean the rugs in my house. But it is not as easy to use on the rugs .it is great on the wood floors

The mop leaks water when you turn it on. I’ve tried cleaning my windows which left nothing but streaks. I’ve tried cleaning buildup on my sink and it didn’t remove anything. I tried steaming my curtains, there’s still creases. I don’t think it gets hot enough. I see steam and water come out (which it states it’s not supposed to leak). I know it’s warming up, I’ve even waited longer than what it recommends and I don’t believe it gets hot enough. I guess I will return this, it doesn’t seem to clean the floors right I mean the mop pad is dirty but the floors don’t look any better, there steaks. Perhaps I got a faulty product, since there’s so many good reviews.

Besides two shark-brand steamers, this is the second brand I’ve ever purchased. I selected it based on its functionality as a hand held steamer as well as a floor surface steamer.The first use to clean floors worked seamlessly. The cord is a little short, but access to outlets allows me to reach all areas of a large room by changing outlet locations. I will not discriminate by cord size alone. The device heats up rather quickly, unlike my original shark, but there is more overspray. That is more of an issue when using it as a hand held steamer. **PSA: Protection is never overrated.The parts to connect are basic, and seem to work but where the plastic connects, a piece chipped off after two accessory changes.Based on the price, I didn’t expect supreme quality, but also surprised how the product’s life is degrading so quickly. I did purchase the 3 year warranty for that issue. I am not a paid spokesperson for Amazon offered warranties, but to date, I have yet hired a litigator to manage warranty complaints or question the integrity or compliance of the warranty product.It’s worth a try, hopefully my product was the runt of the production litter; perhaps manufactured by a lovely retiree, having a bad day, and maybe and insulin anomaly. These things happen. I hope all manufacturers are of good physical and mental health.Special consideration: My floors are super clean, and I appreciate being able to freshen up my furniture after my fur babies leave their love behind.

Bought this to help lift dirt from my flooring because it has small grooves that the mop can’t always loosen or pick up.I also bought it to help clean the highchair my baby uses and I’m so happy that it’s easily portable and comes with different attachments to help clean certain things. I just wish the manual came with directions on what those items are for.Overall, it’s good for the price!
