Child with Incontenance
These nappies are exactly what we need for my incontenant 4 year old. We're on the waiting list for our local continence team so needed something for the interim. These nappies keep her dry all night. They're very big for her (she's small for her age, weighs around 12kg) but you can pull the tabs quite tight to make them snug. They're expensive but when you've got a happy girl in the mornings, its worth it!

Utterly useless
My 7 yr old son still requires a nappy at night. I've always used Huggies Dry Nites. But they sometimes would leak - so I thought a product designed specifically for incontinence might be more effective. These nappies from Tena have evidently not taken advantage of any developments in absorption technology - as far as I can tell they are simply made out of layers of cotton wool. It bunched up and simply burst open. I am extremely dissatisfied
