Just what I was looking for.
UPDATE- worked great for 2 nights camping in Northern Michigan. If you use this on pavement or gravel, make sure to use the sandbags since even a light breeze can cause this to slide or pull on the vehicle attachments, and while the tent is durable, you don’t want the netting to rip.My wife and I are going to sleep in my Toyota Tacoma bed on a platform I built and added foam padding to in the truck bed, however the bed is only 5ft and we are both much taller than that so we need to sleep with the tailgate down. This product is quick and easy to set up and take down with clear instructions on the bag, the bag actually fits the product without extreme pressure when opening. It is tall and fits under the lowered tailgate very well. It comes with a surprising amount of gear including stakes, sandbags, netting patch kit as well as a ground tarp and large rectangular fabric piece that can be clipped into the top of the tent. We plan to unclip the front clips at night for a makeshift “privacy screen” so we can keep the glass lift gate opened. Overall I’m satisfied with the product in test. It will be used at the end of the month for 2 days

Surpassed expectations!
I'm really surprised how well this is designed and made. It is bigger than I thought too, which is fine. It pretty much snaps right open with no fuss. The instructions don't mention the floor or the shade, but otherwise excellent :)PS: I'm actually using it for my Teardrop trailer and it works great ...

Awesome setup, terrible breakdown
Setting this thing up solo was so easy, although it DOES explode open out of the original packaging so do heed the warning label - they aren't kidding. It's spacious and fits nicely onto the back of my full size SUV. You can operate a rear hatch without it interfering with the tent if you position things correctly. I do wish it came with a rain tarp, or additional screens (you only get 1) so that it could be used as a changing room. Breaking it down, as other reviewers have noted, is a nightmare if you want to get it into the original size (which is about 28" across). I'm 130lbs and felt like I was wrestling an equally weighted wild animal while getting that third fold. The carrying bag is made to hold it at a half fold, but this puts it at over 40" and it then becomes rather impractical to carry in anything but a truck bed. I'd like to see a version of this that breaks down with some sliding connector joints for smaller storage (or more flexible frame that will wrap into thirds more readily), a waterproof body material or cover, and some way (perhaps the waterproof cover) of closing off all walls for privacy. Still keeping it and plan to use, but am just prepared to sweat during breakdown.

MUST HAVE FOR CAMPERS, TAILGATERS or ANYONE WHO ENJOYS THE OUTDOORS
WOW!!! This is Car/SUV screen tent is a must have for campers, tailgaters, or for any person to enjoy the outdoors. Set up and take down is so very fast and incredibly easy even for one person. My husband says this is going to be the perfect camping kitchen. He also loves how high the tent is so he does not have to crouch inside it. You can put everything in your trunk or hatchback and still have your floor space. This tent comes with magnets to hold the tent securely on your car back and stakes and guylines to stake it with sandbags, a floor and additional wall to keep wind or sun out if desired. The car cover part is adjustable depending on the size of your car. If you do not have a vehicle this can still be used as a wonderful screen tent The pop up and takedown instructions are brilliantly attached to the tent storage bag. Super easy. EighteenTek makes phenomenal good quality products and I think this one is genius.

You can't get a rain fly for this, and it's almost impossible to fold it back up small
I understood that this tent wasn't waterproof because the ad said so. It also said that you could buy a rain fly for it. Turns out nobody has such a rain fly. I guess you could slap a tarp over the top of it but that really looks pretty trashy. I could've just gotten a goodwill screen tent and thrown a tarp over it and saved a bunch of money. Secondly, unless you've got some serious upper body strength, you're not folding it back into thirds and that enticingly small package you see in this ad. The best you're going to be able to do is fold it in half and that was too big for my storage space. It's an OK item, but way overpriced especially considering that most of the features in the ad aren't actually achievable.

Love the versatility
Love the versatility... the thing is huge and would not go back into "shipping size" and needed special storage when not in use.Hanging at the beach, keeps all the flying insects out. The extra sand bags helped a lot as it kept the tent in place among the wind.
