Forever Lite Ultra Chocolate 390g Protein Shake

I love this shake, I prefer the 24g protein but I must admit you never know what your going to get - 17g/24g most of the time I get 17g but occasionally a 24g arrives. It's great value for money as I know a forever living reseller and she charges £19.75 so to get a prime delivery for £21/22 is excellent. I've been drinking this shake for months now and it's a great meal substitute but I think I should be looking for something cheaper as you only get 9 shakes from a pack (as long as you measure accurately), I only do 1 a day and think I need something more permanent as it can work out quite expensive . For a quick weight loss meal supplement then I think this is the best out there. I'm further along with my diet and exercise so need something more permanent £2.20 a shake is pretty expensive for something you so from home!

Delicious and good protein count. I’m using it to gain weight and up my protein rather than lose. Very tasty especially with Koko milk. But beware you will have liquid ass after drinking so be sure not to drink before an event or before meeting any other human beings lol

Love this product but too pricey

I drink this everytime I workout. It makes me feel energetic but not bloated.

Not as good as the official Forever Living UK product. It had less protein per scoop, and some other values weren't up to standard. It tasted odd too.

I bought this as an emergency pack as I'm still waiting for my normal order to arrive by post from a genuine seller.I've noticed a couple of things:1. The smell is completely different! The genuine one is more chocolaty, this one smells more like vanilla!2. The colour is all wrong!!!! The genuine product is way darker (more chocolate)!! This one again looks like vanilla or some sort of caramel... weird.3. This one is WAAAAY sweeter than the genuine flavor. Yuck!4. The packet says 17g of protein on the front but the genuine product says 24g!!! To be fair though I'm pretty sure they are all 17g protein anyways, its just that if you have it with skimmed milk its 24g.But still.... don't buy it form here unless you're happy with an inferior product.

Molto buono, lo uso spesso per i pranzi veloci in ufficio e per aiutarmi durante la settimana a mantenere la linea... molto buono anche il gusto vaniglia

Valido come pun pasto sostitutivo, da abbinare ad una alimentazione corretta e possibilmente a un po' di sport.Io lo prendo in sostituzione della colazione e della cena. Gusto abbastanza buono, ma meglio gusto vaniglia. lo consiglio da miscelarlo con del latte di mandorle.

Non idoneo allo scopo

Ottimo sostituto di un pasto veloce al lavoro..... sazia e non ti da sonnolenza.... io lo abbino ad un frutto!
