This cream is so nice and works really well. However it does have a strong nice smell so I am worried about the fragrance being all natural, I went for a different one in the end that was fragrance free :) however this one was really good and I use it as lip balm or as hand cream

While I wouldn't call it a balm, it is fantastic for rash and other skin conditions. I used it on baby rashes on the face, legs and arms. However, it is very important to apply a thin layer and gently rub it in, until it looks like there is nothing left (just some whiteness from zinc). The little balls, as some mentioned, are from beeswax and they need to be warmed up to fully be absorbed in to the skin. Added zinc makes it look like a paste and add texture, but I like it. Excellent product 👌

My husband had been using this supermarket's Baby Bottom Butter for years as a moisturiser (a not uncommon alternative use apparently). He was gutted to discover it was no longer available. After a bit of searching he settled on this and loves it.I'm a gardener and have tried it on my hands and have to say it really is lovely. My skin feels really soft and smooth

Bought it based on the good reviews but unfortunately it didn't do anything for my babies rash.had to go back to using bepanthen which cleared it all up. It did leave the skin super smooth though. Wont be purchasing again due to the high price.

Love this product. I was using coconut oil on my sons dry skin/eczema and it wasn't improving. Purchased this cream and within a few days it cleared completely, he's back to having lovely baby soft skin. Using it once a day and no more signs of dry skin.Also, I was surprised by how small to tub was once it arrived, however it has lasted much longer than expected.Would definitely recommend!

This is THE best barrier cream I have found and believe me I have tried a lot. It soothes, softens and completely removes that urge to scratch immediately... my husband suffered from a terrible itch, and we could not get to the bottom of it, so I went of pursuit of finding something that would help... this is the result. Love it and have just purchased another jar to have for the next episode of rashes .

I have not had a nappy rash issue yet, so I don't know how this works once the problem is already there. We have always been using only water to clean our baby's bottom and that hasn't given any rash issues. I do apply it when the skin starts to turn redder, and it heals it quickly.
