It’s perfect to pull part of it up over my head like a little hoodie.
It’s not too bulky. It’s not too long. I’m under five feet tall and I use it to wrap around twice and then pull up a section to cover my head in really cold windy weather. I washed it in a laundry bag on gentle and in warm water. I removed the the little brown cc tag before washing. It came out great. Soft and snuggly. Love it.
