Entertaining book that actually uses very solid science explaining the topic of Intelligent Design
When researching this topic I typically find either very dogmatic faith-based arguments or people claiming science as their explanation without actually referencing any method-based experiments.I was very impressed at the flow of this book starting from a very broad macroscopic point of view and then slowly delving into details using modern science as proofs for his statements. Although it's primarily a science book.... The author is a bit sarcastic and brash at times which actually had me giggling and slightly entertained. The author is not pushy on his beliefs (although sometimes condescending) as many others in this subject are..... And it was refreshing to have evidence presented with the final chapter a bit heartwarming and welcoming for everyone to make up their own mind.It would be difficult to argue against most of the claims in this book given the evidence presented.... But it is not infallible. I highly encourage everyone to use this as a handbook for researching different arguments of the topic. The writing style of the author broke different claims down into several mini sections so you can flip to the area of debate and quickly reference that specific topic.I would recommend for anyone who is interested in this topic or for reference during any debate about the belief of an "origin source" on either side.

We do not Know….yet.
The arrogance of the author and the subject are typical of most believers. No matter how much science you use, or assertions/assumptions, we do not know (and perhaps never will) if a god exists. Period.

Well written and engaging.
The author does a really good job of presenting well-rounded information. I enjoyed his personal journey and found his digressions from topic very entertaining. It is well written. I want to read more from this author.

Late night deep conversations with a good friend.
I have known the author from his days of a card dealer all the way to his days of being a hospital CEO. Vegas is a transient town and friends come and go, yet some friends are worth holding on to and the author is one of those people. Through all those years one thing has remained the same, he's the one I go to when I want a deep conversation, a debate, and a good stiff drink. We have spent many a Vegas night watching the moon turn into a sunrise drinking wine and eating chocolate while discussing everything from politics, religion, The Divine Comedy (which he made me read like it was a homework assignment), to quantum physics. Once we even had a multi-hour conversation about the ankh symbol over scotch and of course some dark chocolate. If you have ever enjoyed a deep all night conversation with a friend while getting a little too intoxicated and gazing at the sky, dangling your feet in the pool, or bundled up next to the outdoor fireplace...then read this book! If you want to relive the memory of a night like that...read this book! After sunset head outside, get a drink, light up the firepit, relax your neocortex, and read this book!

Great Read!
Well written and insightful. I love books that make you think. This book does just that.

Regurgitation of disproven statements.
How can a person who claims to KNOW how and why we are here call those who claim not to know arrogant? While the writing and style are acceptable the arguments and "evidence" are specious at best. Give this book to anyone who wants to know the definition of "hubris".

Don’t Waste Your Time
This book tries to rival that of Richard Dawkins. The author talks about himself for the first 15 pages. He does a similar analysis to one done in “The God Delusion”, but does so in about 5 pages which lack clarity. This book is meant for people who aren’t scientists.
