What a great item to have if you do not have a dryer in your home.
Just moved in and cannot afford to buy a dryer just yet so I purchased this and I hooked it up in my bathroom and for the price it's very sturdy very easy to use very reliable and I'm definitely going to be buying another one does the job as it's supposed to.

Useful for travel
I had another one of these that I used in my fifth wheel. I lost that one so I ordered this one to replace it and it isn’t the same. My old one had adjustable beads in between each clothes pin to hold it in place. This one sags and the clothes bunch all up onto each other. I stretched my old one across the upper cabinets in the living room. I can do that with this one without it sagging if I use a clothes pin on each cabinet door handle to hold it up. It only sags a bit under each cabinet, but it’s no problem with one item drying under each pinned up area. As long as it’s supported it works great. I hang our heavy items like beach towels over the shower. This works great for swim suits and shirts & shorts drying out after a beach trip.

Very feeble, even with low weight. Likely bad for portable use. Decent for home use w/ planning.
"Suitable for travel, camping, outdoor, indoor. "If you believe this line above which appears in the product description you will probably be very disappointed with this product. If you simply have both ends of this clothesline hooked onto a tree, fence, etc and have anything more than just a couple shirts hanging on it, it will sag very badly (see 2 of my attached photos). Having said that, I am bumping this product up to 3.5 stars because I have actually found a decent way to make it work pretty well with some initial planning and adjustments. If you look at image #3, you can see that the clothesline is now barely sagging at all (and actually working quite well!). The reason for this is that I have added a few small nails equidistantly across the entire length of that wooden beam that the line is hanging from. I then have some of the evenly-spaced clothespins hooked onto the nail heads that are sticking out from the wooden beam. I then turn on both ceiling fans on either side of this easily removable clothesline and my clothes now dry very quickly and have very minimal risk of falling down!In summation: unless you carry a hammer and some nails with you wherever you go and always have a long wooden, horizontal object to hammer into then this product will be terrible for both portable external and portable internal use! But, with the right tools and planning, it can be made to be a functional and actually even pretty good semi-portable product overall for just using at home. The key is the weight needs to be supported and evenly distributed throughout the entire length of the clothesline in regular intervals, as opposed to only at each opposite end.

Convenient, highly portable and great for a variety of uses
This is a terrific addition for any traveler as it's lightweight, well-made and super convenient for drying clothes while traveling. Initially I envisioned using this for cruises but quickly discovered its versatility and convenience in a variety of settings during travel or at home. This travel clothesline comes with 12 clips on a durable line. It stretches to just under six feet with hooks on both ends. It is easily attached in a shower, between two chairs or any other vertical surface. It is great for cruises and when drying clothing outdoors - it worked perfectly attached to two deck chairs, as well as when strung across a shower. It's compact and convenient in luggage and serves so many purposes! So far, we've taken this clothesline camping, on a cruise and while roadtripping. In all settings, it's been great, easily transported and highly useful while taking up minimal space.

Not impressed Please read review.
This is your typical clothesline. I like the idea of having a clothesline that you can take down and store away. My only problem is once you get it stretched out the clothes slide into one another with the clips on the line. Making it very difficult for the clothes to dry. The way to solve this is by using wooden clothespins that really clap to the line.

Not the best design
This product has a nice look, and it's application is reasonably practical, but that's pretty much all of the good about it. This clothesline is, of course, meant to hold wet clothes/towels/etc while they dry. I put one dry child-sized item on, and the whole cord sags quite dramatically. I put a second item on, and it slides down to the heaviest one, because there's nothing to stop the clothespins from freely sliding along the cord. Having it be a bungee cord was definitely a flaw in design, as the stretch allows more sag than a taut cord would have. I could tie knots beside each clothespin to prevent sliding, but that would significantly reduce the length of the cord. I suspect that the cord would sag less if it had a third point of support, perhaps wrapping behind a third tree, but the odds of having such perfect placement while camping seems low.So, it is a neat idea, but a poor design.

Good quality
I got this so we could use it for camping, traveling and other outdoor activities. It seems to be good quality, the material is a bit stiff, but I think that will be just fine for what we need it for. It's pretty simple to post up too. Overall, it's a good clothesline that I think will hold up.

DOES THE JOB
I'm an Amazon Customer/Reviewer = Shipped timely; packaged well. This clothesline is really something. It is pretty strong and the clothespins are really strong - will bear a significant amount of weight. Just hook the ends over something sturdy - an eye bolt or nail or whatever you have to hold the ends in the area you would like to use these. I hung a blanket that needs to tumble dry and it held the weight. Love the portability of these - should last a long time.
