Great coat. Warm enough for Chicago winters and she gets compliments on it. One thing to note - the zipper can be a little hard to start the first few times. You need to push hard to get it to click before you can zip. It's a little strange at first but you'll know when you feel/hear it click.

Well worth the cost. This jacket is perfect. Lightweight but very warm. Waterproof and wind resistant. Fit was great and even though it is a puffer style jacket, it still has slimming features. Deep pockets that fit gloves and cell phone easily. Hood is warm and fully covers the head.

So this is my first ever review. But my experience with this inaccurate sizing of the coat and the lack of anything on customer service part is forcing me to write this review.I purchased a size small, in US size I am a 0-2; 110lbs; 5'5; Non-athletic build.The cleavage area is extremely tight. I wear a Size A Bra. Wearing a hoodie or medium-thick sweater under this coat makes the chest and inner arm seams stretch to the point where down is now escaping. Unless you wear a thin shirt its not overbearingly tight. Everywhere else fits fine.I measured my dimensions provided in the description. I ordered a small, the tags say S/P/CH and the manufacture tag says Tailor: petite. NO WHERE ON THE DESCRIPTION DID IT STATE PETITE. Amazon says the sizing parameters are from the manufacturer so they bear no responsibility for the sizing issue.Now I can not exchange the item for a medium without paying a price difference. Amazon told me to call Marmot since all they can do is give me my money back. I ordered this coat on Black Friday.This experience has been a nightmare I am moving from FL to the North in 3 days and Ive never lived in a cold climate so I wanted to invest in a good winter jacket.If you purchase this coat, go up a size just for the chest area or it will be too tight.

Purchased for Michigan winters and this coat lives up to its reputation. It's very warm yet light and looks great on. Love the longer length and the soft material inside the pockets. Very happy with purchase.

Received as a gift, and it’s perfect. It’s incredibly warm, the fit is great, and the length keeps my legs toasty when combined with boots.

Great, super warm jacket. Handles winter in Northeast very well. Fleece lining is great too and hood is very warm. Runs small - size up if you have normal to large chest. I’m XS/S very narrow at the top and S fits just right.

A beautiful warm coat that I had to return because the across front width was too small. I should have listened to the other reviews. I hope they fix the fit issue because there will be more returns from other people.

Love the warmth but zipper had been bad since I bought it. Super annoying. Takes me forever to zip it bc 90% of the time it doesn’t “take” immediately. Marmot- for such an expensive coat, zipper should work.

I was looking for a warm coat for the winter and I found it. I did a lot of research on which coat to buy and this coat was rated the best for warmth.I do love the length it keeps me warm.It also looks very stylish while not being bulky.It’s also very light weight.It’s the best coat I’ve ever owned.

not sure about the new options but this was the worst warehouse item I've ever received. for a very good, not worn item this was very used and very offensive. Wrong size, broken used zipper, worn and smelled of food, dirty sleeves, even an old hair tie in the pocket. My guess; someone bought and wore for a month, then returned because the zipper broke. How could anyone at Amazon believe this was "very good" and worth anything? it's very used, not good and worth 5$. I'm very leary of warehouse deals moving forward.
