I was hoping to like this watch. I don't.1) The watch band is hard to get on and off. The first loop is so close to the metal flap that it is hard to feed through and to pull out when taking off. If you leave your watch on for a week at a time then it is extra secure, but makes it difficult to remove daily or a couple times a day.2) You cannot tap the screen to turn it on. You have to push the side button. The "lift wrist to turn on" feature never worked for me.3) You have to push the back button to go back. Swiping side to side only works on the first level to select the app.4) Connection to my phone was inconsistent. It would drop randomly. It was unconnected more than it would be connected. Most times I had to forget the watch in my Bluetooth settings and reinstall it to reconnect. A pain. A few times I had to delete the app and reinstall everything.5) I only got text messages once during about an hour period of the 7 days. I would go through the settings and test it multiple times a day and would never get text message alerts. It did give social media message alerts.6) There is no volume control for music or phone. It's loudness is only controlled by the phone which isn't always convenient.7) If you want music on your phone or other Bluetooth device, you have to disconnect the watch. Otherwise it plays only on the watch. When you disconnect you don't get any alerts.8) The phone contacts in the app were inaccurate. It imported my contacts but not every name showed up. I only have one contact list. It only allowed you to save eight names into the phone contacts list.9) When searching for names in contacts, you could see a name but if you typed the name into search, it wouldn't show up as a result.10) The heart rate might not be accurate. When working out the watch said 83-96 when my workout machine said 141. Later the watch said 104 when my machine said 116.11) Sleep tracking. Some nights it wouldn't capture anything. When I woke, the watch would say disconnected. See connection issues above.12) The alarm never went off. I set two different alarms and neither worked.13) Steps showed in yards not feet. Yes I did us imperial in the settings.14) The weather temperature was always in Celsius. Even when I set it to Fahrenheit.

Not badly made. Seems somewhat tough speaker actually sounds pretty good, all the sensors work pretty good except blood pressure(didn't think it actually work anyways since you need a pressure cuff or arm cuff for accuracy) but want even close. Touch screen easy to use and figure out... but for the price it'll work. Don't like you can't respond to messages tho...I do get all notifications that I get on phone on the watch which is nice, you dont have to dig for phone to see alerts and messages... only giving 3 stars due to not having that long................update! A few days owning now... battery life isn't 20 days... to me that isn't a big deal it goes 3 to 4 days.. only takes a hour and a half to charge from 10% pretty good I think.. like I said blood pressure works about every 10th time... but, like I said above.. didnt expect any watch to give accurate BP if not pumping.. all in all its a great watch for the price. Had a few issues at first,but customer support is top notch and quick! Would recommend for people who don't want to spend $700 for a name brand smart watch....

This is an excellent smart watch. I love the features and the interface is easy to use. I really enjoy the after trying several others. I would have given it 5 stars but the app sometimes will not notify me of some text messages.
