The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my 17 year-old cat with stage 2 kidney disease to make sure she has tempting water sources available all around the house. She, and my other 14 year-old cat, are obsessed with it. I've had several fountains in the past with noisy pumps and this pump is silent in comparison. I have this fountain right at the foot of my bed and I can't hear it when I'm in bed. The only slight noise I can hear when it's very quiet is the sound of the water hitting the dome, but the sound doesn't bother me at all. I have very good hearing and sensory issues, so I think most people wouldn't even notice the sound, let alone be bothered by it. The water capacity is huge, so you don't have to worry about it running dry too quickly, even if it's hot and the fountain is getting a lot of cat action. With previous fountains I had, as soon as the water level dropped even a little bit it would make really annoying dripping sounds, but thankfully that doesn't happen with this fountain unless the water level is very low.I love how easy it is to clean as well. Ignore any appearance of smudges on the fountain in my photos, it is not an issue with the product, we just have extremely hard water where I live and water spots are inevitable. I've had plastic fountains in the past they felt like they got slimy quickly and I could never get them fully clean – I couldn't get the hard water buildup off, which just attracted more slime. Although our hard water is enough to leave the appearance of smudges on the fountain right after I clean it, because it is steel no actual buildup forms like it did on the plastic fountains. And if buildup did form over a long time, it would be much easier to clean without worrying about damaging the fountain. I also like how the pump is very easy to detach so I can clean the metal pieces more thoroughly without worrying about damaging the pump.The only minor thing I would change about the product, if I could, is that I would add a way for the cord to detach closer to the fountain body. That way I wouldn't have to get access to the wall outlet where it's plugged in to clean the fountain (obviously this is only an issue because of where my outlet is located). It would also be a little easier to clean without having to deal with the full length of the cord attached to the pump. But this has been the case with every pet fountain I've ever owned, so it's not really a gripe with the product, it's just something I would add if I could design my ideal fountain. But, in the real world, this fountain is a 10/10.

This fountain is incredible. It was so easy to assemble. All of the plastic parts will seperate from the lid for ease of cleaning. I can put the metals parts in the dishwasher to clean. It holds so much water. Depending on the number of pets you have, you do not have to fill as often. Quite!!!!!! It is incredibly quite. I only hear the water splash occasionally and that is usually an indication that you need to add water. It has a light that makes it visible so you don't trip over it at night. But the light is not bright enough to bother you while sleeping. My cats love to drink from the sink so they took to this fountain immediately. Also, customer service has been great. I contacted them about the free filters which they will be sending soon. Do yourself a favor and by this fountain.

My cat is afraid of everything but love drinking from running water… so much so that she sometimes wakes me up to get said water from the sink. I saw that fountain at a pet rescue place and thought my cat might like it . Fast forward…. I have not seen her drink from any of the other 3 water bowls in the house AND no more wake up meowing! It’s very easy to assemble and super quiet. I have not changed the filter yet nor cleaned the pump as we have only used it for about a week, but it is WONDERFUL and she seems to be drinking a lot more water too which is a very good thing for her.I have not received the 12 free filters yet, but did receive a very prompt and kind response.Try it!!!!

We have a Multi Cat household, Nine to be exact. When it comes to cats I believe I know a thing or two, some painful lessons and others a beautiful moment in time. But.... Never had I owned a perfect cat water fountain until now｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡. This has to be the quietest stainless steel fountain I have ever owned and let me tell you we have been through quite a few. I like that it's stainless steel and the water flows from a spout identical to a kitchen sinks flowing water. Super easy to clean!! I find that it does a great filtering job too.. I will most definitely buying another one and would recommend this product to anyone with a multi cat and because it keeps up with the kitties while providing fresh clean filtered water each and every time my furr babies come to drink. Crazy cat lady here gaga over the perfect cat fountain.

So, I purchased this fountain because I want my baby to have constant water that filters through and keeps them healthy. So far, I love this fountain. It is large enough that it maintains water for at least a week. I have one cat right now. I would definitely follow the manufacturer’s recommendation to clean and replace the filter monthly. I have been doing it every two weeks because I don’t want my cat to get sick. I like the stainless steel aspect as it is easy to wash and I don’t have to worry about lurking microbes. I will update more as the months go on.

I could only give you five stars because that is all you provide. This amazing fountain deserves at least 10 !!! I have three cats that absolutely love this water fountain. My old fountain did not put out the water like this one does, and on of my cats would get constipated, which can happen when cats do not drink enough water. The flow and sound of the fountain attracts my cats to drink. My fountain runs 24/7 and is super Quiet which will not disturb sleeping. It is stainless steel which helps keep the water cool. I love the splash guard cause you can fill the fountain full and the water stays in the fountain even if you have cats that like to play in water. It is so super easy to clean and replace the filters. I highly recommend this fountain especially if you have cats that like to drink from the toilet or the kitchen faucet. And yes cats do drink out of toilets.
