Bought these to give myself and my son some cardio after our workouts. They’re nice and light and fairly good for the price. The cons are: both come with the Velcro strap in the same direction I find after a few minutes of use that the half sphere like part on the inside where your palm goes is uncomfortable and it’s probably because after a few days it molds to one hand but without a guide you don’t know if it’s the same one. The half ball on the inside that helps shape your hand is a little small as well but either way I’m enjoying them until my son throws harder hooks.

These are for kids, not for adult use. Hand holes are too small for my hands to squeeze into. There is no wrist support, my son is 13 and when he hit my pad, my wrist almost broke. They are built well, I tried to rip them up and throw them away but I couldn’t. LOL!I’m not angry you get what you pay for, kind of mad they have so many good reviews. These are probably good for kids or light fitness use. But i’m a former boxer and trainer and I bought these just to train my 13 year old and 11 year old and these focus mitts fall short.
