Excellent product! All 3 components are of extremely good quality and very easy to use. Just did my first "All body workout" (from the e work out guide) and I am aching all over! Feel very good and stronger.Would recomment this product especially because it is great value for money. If I was to buy these products separately it would cost me £10 more. The work out guide has very many exercises, I am excited to go through them all as they work out every inch of the body. Overall very happy!!

Very impressed with this product! It arrived quickly and having tried other similar all in one fitness kits in the past, this surpasses the quality of others i have used. I was also e-mailed a copy of a free work out guide which is detailed and a great guide to different styles of work out. Would definitely recommend.

Almost perfect but leg strap was broke

The ab roller and mat are great. However, the box did not have the skipping rope, resistant bands nor the guide.

Great product. I really liked the quality of the resistance bands since I am recovering from an ankle injury and they have really helped me strengthen my ankle. The product arrived the next day, packaging was simple and workout exercises was an added bonus. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered this FITTBOX package on a whim, hoping to use it when I couldn't get to the gym. I wasn't expecting too much, however, everything appears of good quality on first inspection, the guide is really useful and helpful with instructions on the exercises and overall, I am really excited start using this product!
