I had purchased one of these carport shelters a few years ago, but it was damaged in a wind storm. This has legs that can be extended by adding the included extension tubes. I am securing it better to the ground to prevent another damaging event. Overall, I have been very happy with this unit.I was able to assemble this by myself, even though the instructions stated that you would need two or more people to assemble. If you are reasonably, technically capable, you will be able to assemble this by yourself. You will need an A frame ladder.

This is an incredibly nice 10 / 20 heavy duty carport it has adjustable legs you can have it the size for a car an RV or a boat so there's 3 sizes in height and the fit of the canopy is nice and tight and neat it's perfectly fit and secure. I've owned this car port now 44 years and I've replaced the top Twice and the customer service team helps you get the parts you need quickly they're wonderful and Easy to work with and the fit of the original part is the only way to go it's affordable and this is the best canopy carport 10 / 20 on Amazon take it for me a satisfied customer

While I really like the ease of assembly, the metal poles are quite flimsy and do bend in a stiff (60 mph+) wind. I had anchored mine with ratcheting tie-downs, and while it didn't blow away, every upright and two of the other poles crumpled.I do have to commend the company and especially Donna at customer service for quickly (and inexpensively) shipping out all the replacement parts and I was able to repair the shelter pretty easily.

The canopy has been up for 9 months now. It's pretty durable for CA west coast weather. The tarp cover fits the structure great and there are many tie-down grommets. The tarp withstood winds up to 60mph surprisingly. The structural pipes are fairly thin and may not support a lot of weight but that's not what they're meant for anyways. If the canopy is tied down securely, it should stand for a long time, like a few years.With that said, my canopy did get damaged in a recent storm but it was because I didn't secure it down enough. Regardless, the seller and the customer service representative, Milka, sent me free replacement parts. I only had to cover shipping. Their communication was great and I would not hesitate buying from them again.

Easy to assemble, looks great. Lasted 10 months in high wind conditions, until the canopy came off. Customer service great to handle issues.

When the packages arrived, I was taken aback by the rough condition/appearance of both shipping boxes. It appeared as though the boxes were not new and had been opened and then re-taped back together on more than one occasion. The unit I received had several damaged pieces and some of the identifying stickers were worn and difficult to read which gave me the impression that some of the support leg pieces were not new.Additionally, the website description and the brochure that came with the unit described two totally different products. The website says the unit is used to protect outdoor vehicles/equipment however the brochure states that the unit "is for temporary use" and suggests taking the unit down during a storm which totally defeats the purpose of buying an as advertised carport/garage/shelter to protect a vehicle from outdoor elements. If these 2 points were listed on the website, I never would have purchased.Immediately, I started the Amazon return process. Per the instructions, I printed out the form, put it in the box and took it to a local, remote UPS shipping site. The two boxes were heavy and the freight cost to ship the unit back to E-Deck was rather expensive. When I contacted E-Deck to let them know I was shipping the unit back because the website and brochure descriptions were very different, they responded by stating that they could not include everything in their website description and that they only accepted return items if their unit was proven to be faulty. They then refused to reimburse me for the return shipping costs! So I do not have the unit and I have been stiffed on the return shipping costs. Oh well, at least I don't have to worry about taking down a garage that's protecting a vehicle each time there's a storm! Or maybe I could purchase a better quality unit from another company to put over E-Decks garage to protect theirs from a storm.I am a long term Amazon customer and I've been tremendously satisfied with everything and every company I've dealt with.....except for E-Deck!

If you're looking for a study cover with great customer service to give you peace of mind - THIS IS IT!We needed another canopy top after about 7 months in the rather harsh Florida weather. I contacted their support team through the Amazon website and typed up a quick request. They responded within 24 hours seeking confirmation of the shipping address and a quick picture before processing the entire replacement with shipping free of charge. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Kelly from their support team who was polite and professional during the entire conversation. They even checked back with me after the replacement delivery to make sure everything arrived undamaged and installed smoothly.The carport itself is fantastic. Putting everything together by myself took about an hour and a half with occasional breaks. The canopy top uses a bungee cord with a ball system allowing for quick and easy installation and replacement. The height adjustment system they have also works flawlessly and secures nicely.My sincere gratitude to Kelly for making the replacement process quick and painless! They stand by their product and go to great lengths to keep their customers happy.

Bought for my father in law said it was easy to put together. One package came one day then the other came a day later.
