Exactly as advertised
I used this to paint the un finished edges on four large acrylic artworks that I am choosing not to frame. The Hunter green color covered the white canvas completely in one coat and the clean up was easy.

Miniatures on a budget
This is pretty much the cheapest brand of acrylic paint I have been able to find. I've used it to paint hundreds of board game miniatures. To be clear, it is nowhere near the quality of proper hobby miniature paints. It's both thick and very sheer with minimal pigment, meaning you'll likely want to water it down to paint small details, but then it takes a million coats with drying time in between to achieve the color you want. It's very difficult, but not impossible, to get great results.That being said, it'll get the job done with enough time and patience. At such low prices, it's a cheap way to try out a wide range of colors while deciding if painting is for you. If not, your sunk cost is minimal. It helps that Walmart carries these in case you run out and need a replacement ASAP.The texture does vary across colors, but I don't know that you can expect any different at this price range. Some colors like red and black go on really smooth, while others like white are really chalky. Blue and yellow are very transparent, requiring many coats to get right. You learn to deal with it in practice.Overall, I wouldn't say these are the screaming deal the price suggests, as you will likely use more of this brand than competitors for the same result. But they are fine if you want to keep costs low.
