When it first arrived I was a bit skeptical as the dryer looked and felt very cheap. I didn't know how this cheap piece of plastic would give me a salon blowout in the morning. However, when I tried it the next morning (the dryer was super loud btw), I loved the finish on my hair and all it took was a few minutes! My hair felt silky smooth and I couldn't stop touching it all day. I changed my mind about the product and thought maybe first impressions can be deceiving. I was so excited to use it again the next day. However, the second morning I used it (also the second time ever that I'd used it), when I was halfway through styling my hair, it made a loud cracking sound and there was a bright orange glow from within the brush. I immediately turned the dryer off and unplugged it. Some of my hair was burnt off and I noticed 2 bristles were completely bent. My apartment smelled terrible - not really a smoky smell you'd get from a fire but a sickening chemical smell. It must've been the smell of melting plastic. Needless to say I'm returning it and will again be on the lookout for a better product than this.
