VERY HAPPY with this unit.
This ships from the vendor so it arrived in 2 days (thankfully it is not subject to Amazon's horrible shipping time). I was a little leery to purchase such an inexpensive, off-brand unit with so few reviews on it. However, it was one of the few 2-in-1 units I found that has a built in GPS that could be used without any connection to either the internet or telephone service, and that was one of my criteria (to be used when traveling). I like the tablet option for casual in-the-car use (for GPS and other things) and the full keyboard laptop experience back in the hotel room at a desk for email and other applications. I've had the unit for about a week and have waited to review it until I successfully tested all the functionality I would personally use. I'm happy to report that everything I've tested works well and is all plug-n-play. I even purchased a usb-c adapter which allows me to simultaneously plug in an ethernet cable (when no wi-fi) and two normal size usb devices (I have a 64GB flashdrive and a wiresless mouse receiver plugged in). All work well, are immediately recognized, and all work simultaneously via the single usb-c port, allowing a full desktop experience when using it in that way. I'm not a big fan of touchpads, but as touchpads go, this one works very nicely and I like the hard click buttons (hidden) rather than the tap-tap method. However, I still prefer using a small wireless mouse when using for extended periods of time at a desk as a laptop and with the usb-c adapter I can. The micro-SD port allows the adding of extra storage, and nicely, it clicks way in (flush with edge, no protrusion) making it unseen and protected so very usable even in tablet mode - I leave mine in all the time and store things like GPS maps, e-books, Bible software, etc. The documentation is skimpy with a small, brief, booklet and a one sheet "Read Before Operating . . ." note. However, it did prove to be sufficient as that one sheet start-up note had lots of useful information on it, including, how to very easily download the maps so the GPS will work off-line. I have also plugged in ear buds and the sound is much nicer than the basic unit speaker. I did test the GPS and the rear camera (used as a camera) and they were fine. I did not test the front cam or microphone as I will not use that functionality myself, but given that everything else has worked fine I wouldn't anticipate any issues with them. I did have a question on the micro-SD port and found the telephone support to be superb. A live person picked up, transferred me to tech support where another live person picked up, and he was very pleasant and helpful. OVERALL I am extremely happy with this unit and think it is an excellent value at this price. One warning. The unit will need to get the latest Windows 10 updates, which are HUGE. I made the mistake of loading Norton Internet Security first (which is usually what I do with a new unit before accessing other things on the internet). However, this did not leave enough room for the Windows 10 update to properly download and install. I uninstalled NIS and then was able to do the huge Windows 10 update followed by a couple others. After all Windows updates were completed, I then installed NIS, my VPN, and Amazon's free "Kindle for PC", thus making the tablet a very nice e-reader (a nice plus for a unit I purchased for travel).

Nice little machine
Nice little machine, great size, works well. But took one star off as the interface requires me to really kind of stab at it to work, such as in clicking links or using the on-screen keyboard.Took another star off because it slips out of the case too easily. The case has a keyboard the tablet links to, but since it doesn't fit snugly or firmly enough, just a little shift will disconnect it.But it is a fast machine, and not very expensive.Lightweight and great for travelling.

Good, but some issues
5/5/18 Update:1) Get a good micro SD card first. I got 128 gig2) make sure before you put ANY apps or programs on your computer do the Windows update.3) After updating set so all of your apps and files save onto the SD card making it your hard drive. These steps are the only way you will have a functioning computer considering the disk space and how massive the windows 10 os is.It's a good machine. Small enough to be used for a tablet, big enough to be a comfortable laptop. The reasons I only gave it two stars are:- Low storage. I'm going to get an SD card where I'll store most of the stuff that isn't programs or apps, so I don't care too much, but more than half of the initial memory was eaten up by the OS alone.- The color of the shell. It was advertised as gray. When it came I was surprised to find it was rose gold, a very feminine color. This isn't about the tech, but since Im a guy I was pretty disappointed. Carrying it around I would look like I'm holding a girly purse.- processing speed. It supposedly has 4gigs of ram. This is interesting, because it seems to not show it in the speed of tasks. I have to wait a while to get anything done if I'm not already in a program...Overall a good device for the money spent. I think the negative comes from what can best be described as inaccurate advertizing.
