I was on coffee before to keep myself awake when working late nights but it gave me jitters, this the the very first caffeine capsule I have tried and it's quite satisfying and calm, you do not need any additional supplement along to be stable, as it is enough, only thing is, it does not give me any additional boost I expected (maybe I was wrong to), but it definitely does the job to keep you awake and stable, I hope they can release any energising formula too that includes caffeine, while you can go ahead and buy it, works fine.

Used it for 2-3 times usually takes 30min to show effects and peaks after 45-1hours of taking. If your using it for gym pre workout I would recommend take 2 pills before 40 mins of workout works great for me and very convenient and easy to use highly recommend
